need help removing my spyware

here is my hijackthis log... what i have is that annoying little spyware bug that has been reverting my home page to http://a-search.biz/

i have another one as well which places a box in the top left of my browser screen which has a black background with usually green writing and has links to spyware help.

i've tried reading the forums and doing it on my own for too long, i need some help to rid my comp of these bugs once and for all... or at least the tools needed so i can do it on my own... up until now, i've been just ending the processes using my task manager, but that's a pain in the a$$...

Print out these instructions and then close all windows including Internet Explorer.

Then I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button:

unfortunately i am... my home page is still the biz one... :thumbsup:

and i'm still getting that black box with green lettering...

i may have ran that hijack prog with an ie explorer open...

heres my log again, if you don't mind i'd like to try that again...
