I don't care about the info on this computer. I tried a full system restore but it keeps saying it fails.

Hi bostitch and Welcome to the Bleeping Computer.

Tell these folks that your being helped here and we will proceed with fixing you up.
http://www.techsupportforum.com/security-c...elp-me-pls.html

If you will, have a file scanned at http://www.virustotal.com and save the results to notepad, then if you dont mind, upload that file and I can have a closer look at it.

File
C:\WINDOWS\dllchek.exe

Upload here
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/submit-malware.php?channel=4

After that,Download ComboFix from Here or Here to your Desktop.
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
