I have a samsung blackjack phone and am trying to use the activesync software that came with the phone. I installed the CD, but it will not connect to my phone. The only way I can get it to connect is to unplug the USB cable and then plug it back in but then it automatically restarts my computer. I'm not real familiar with this stuff and the support sites do not help. Any suggestions?

I've never really seen a lot of cell phone questions here. I would suggest, if no one offers any help, to try howardforums.com. A very good resource for everything concerning mobile phones
