Hi, I left my running last night by accident because I fell asleep, and when I woke up I had pop-up's all over my screen telling me I had a virus and was listed with fake removal programs.

A couple of the threads here have the exact (or really silimar) problem as me but I'm not really sure what I'm doing.
I ran Kaspersky and Spybot, they detected and fixed a couple of things but I keep getting these messages from a blinking exclaimation mark icon in my system tray.
I googled the problem and ended up trying out a program called "PC tools Spyware Doctor" and it detected a whole bunch of problems but I cant get the full version which actually cleans them off.

After I first cleaning with Kaspersky and Spybot, the pop-ups kinda died down, but now they are back and alot more frequent, and occasionally popping up with porn and dating services, and the "Trojan@win32.mx" alert is replaced with "Malware Threats", .

I ran HijackThis and got the log:

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum ChauBaoLe :thumbsup:
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

Your version of Sun Java is out of date.
Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system.
Please follow these steps to remove older versions of Sun Java,and then update.
1. Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
2. Scroll down to where it says 'Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 update 3'.
3. Click the "Download" button to the right.
4. Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
5. The page will refresh.
6. Click on the link to download 'Windows Offline Installation, Multi-language' and save to your desktop.
7. Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
8. Go to Start > Control Panel double-click on Add/Remove programs and remove all older versions of Java.
9. Check any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
10. Click the Change/Remove button.
11. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java version.
12. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
13. Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u3-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.
Now download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Now go to:
D:\RandomStuff\Programs\HiJackThis\HijackThis.exe
Right click on Hijackthis.exe and select 'Rename', rename it to abc.bat
Double click on abc.bat(which is still Hijackthis.exe),post that log into your next reply please.

Hi, Richie ^^ thankyou for helping me.

I'm not sure if this would change anything, but when I ran Combofix, as it said it was going to reboot it said something like "cannot find filepath" but continued on anyway. After windows loaded again it crashed and I had to reboot manually twice before it continued on normally to create the log. The rest went okay ^^;

Here are the logs that were returned:

Copy and paste ALL the following text in the Quote box below into Notepad.
Click on File(in the menu at the top)>Save as../Save as Type: 'All Files' /File name: CFScript to your desktop.

File::
C:\WINDOWS\system32\sxcueesr.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ferqumpd.dll
Folder::
C:\Program Files\BHO-X
Registry::
[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{6DB3F881-19A2-4085-ABD0-DBD56E71F4F5}]

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{A95B2816-1D7E-4561-A202-68C0DE02353A}]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar]

[-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{11A69AE4-FBED-4832-A2BF-45AF82825583}]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellExecuteHooks]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa]
"Authentication Packages"=hex(7):6d,73,76,31,5f,30,00,00

Now drag then drop the CFScript file onto ComboFix.exe as seen in the image below.

This will start ComboFix again.
After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply along with a new HijackThis log.

Thankyou so much for helping me clean my computer ^_^

The 'Select Drive' box will appear,click on Ok.
The 'Disk Cleanup for [C:]' box will appear,click on the 'More Options' tab.

The window went straight to the "Select Drive" part, with only a drop down menu for C drive and my other drives and no "More Options" tab, but I was able to run the Disk Cleanup still.

My computer is back to running perfectly normal again ^^ and I will try my best to keep it that way.

Thankyou again.
