Hello, guys how you doing?

I have OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 11g Firewall Router and I get internet connection dynamically from ISP-Provider at the same time the DNS is automatic. However, i have no public IP-Adress. my Operation system is Windows server 2003 SP2. So, is it possible to configure Virtual Private Network (VPN)? How come?
Could you please guys help me how can i configure it?
