Pictures File Boots Up Very Slowly

When I click my pictures file, it takes forever for it to comeup. :thumbsup:

How much RAM installed? How much free hard drive space?

How long is "forever"?

Is indexing enabled on this system? I usually turn it off (system hog).

Have you checked Event Viewer for possible errors impacting what you deem to be a problem?
