Error Code: 0x80060009, On The Bsod During Startup

I have recentley made a frankenstein computer from a series of differnt parts 500 gig hd, 1 gig of ram, etc etc and it worked for about 2 months perfectley and all of a sudden i logged onto my computer and it starts up fine until right b4 it is at the home screen the bsod comes up and i get a message saying "a problem is preventing windows from accuretley checking the license for this computer. error code 0x80090006" i have searched google on this topic a billion times and read a hundred forums and nothing has worked so i finally came to this website looking for help and i chat'd wiht a chat host and he was unable to help me. so iv come here lookin for some sort of help. so please help me i am depserate. thank u

no im done wiht this issue i just reformatted my harddrive.
