There are some states that have such laws, and there is a bill under consideration by Congress to make installing spyware illegal. Whether the government will be any better at getting rid of spyware than they have been eliminating SPAM, it will nevertheless give prosecutors, should they be so inclined, some help in prosecuting their cases.
Regards,
John

Jgweed you do bring up a thought. I mean what about porno on the internet. Im sure that was a thought about thing to get rid of but of the groups of people who say get rid of that it still is there.

Spyware and porno are about the same in a way. They both are not liked but by sicko's and they both make millions every year.

Some people will say yes others no.

I hope one day HJT readers will be a thing of the past. A safer internet future.

3 cheers to a better online future!

See you all around
