Need Help Removing Virus

I've had success removing most viruses with the help of BleepingComputer but am unable to get rid of this Trojan.Agent.BHO.N, what can you recommend.

Install Super Antispyware free. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
