Hi Guys
I posted this in the HJT log forum along with my HJT log, but its now on page 8 with no replies.
So I thought i would try here.
I do appreciate they are busy in that forum.

windows xp Hpme SP2
spybot
Ad-aware
spywareblaster
Zone alarm pro
Antivir personal edition
All up to date
I also did a Bit defender online scan with nothing bad found.
When my pc boots for the first time of the day everything seems to load down by my clock, but then the PC freezes for 45/60 seconds.
Then it comes to life, and everything I have clicked on during the freeze opens at once.
After that the PC runs fine for the rest of the day.
I just don't know why it freezes for about 60 seconds ???

Any Ideas ?

Thanks

technophobe,

Now that you have an open HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum, you shouldn't make any changes to your system.
Doing so, could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.

At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

If after 5 days you still have received no response, then post a link to your HJT log in the thread titled "Haven't Had A Reply In Five Days?".

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
