I've done multiple scans with Ad Aware, Super Anti Spyware. AVG anti spyware, McAfee, Windows Defender, a squared free, vundo fix and McAfee stinger all in and out of safe mode. I would get done go online and and get nailed again with the same thing. So far nothing yet but lsass.exe is using a bunch of my CPU%.
McAfee is always notifying me of security changes with IE if I allow the change it drops the privacy to none, allows pop ups, for changes the security setting to custom nothing. This same thing is going on with my notebook.
I did this log right before I went online.
Thanks.

Exit Hijackthis.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version now.
Now download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Thanks for your help!
So far no trojans.
Something is still trying to change my internet settings and lsass.exe is using up 70+% of my CPU after I go online. That is slowing every thing down.

The ESET scan did fine in IE. I had to use MSN to get the F-Secure scan to run. During the F-Secure scan lsass.exe ran and slowed it down. Because the length of time and my schedule I had to stop it before it completed.

IE seems to be running fine, but lsass.exe still shows up when I use MSN. It's not consistant, it jumps from 0% to 80+%.

Remove/uninstall the following programs via Start/Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs, then restart your pc:
SUPERAntiSpyware
a-squared Free
AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
Spy Sweeper

If your still having issues, and you have the McAfee installation disk,remove/uninstall the program, then restart your pc.
Now make sure the Windows Firewall is turned on/enabled in Control Panel/Security Center.
Now try connecting to MSN,are you still having high cpu from lsass.exe

If its just the same, reinstall McAfee.
