every time i start my computer, a popup appear..the contain is just nonsence, show a picture of this guy

and some of his personal detail ..but the problem is i can't close it..every time i press the "X" button,it will reappear

again and again..i've tried to end the process in task manager, but it will appear again after i restart my

computer..it says the file is in C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\services.exe....an icon of recycle bin also

appear in C:\ but with different name(the name is just a word that acknowledge the virus creator)..the

icon will bring me directly to recycle bin but i think it used some sort of script to hide the original

content..when i delete it,it will appear again when i restart my computer..help me to find the actual

files or application where the virus actually is..thanks..
