Has anyone had the problem of this laptop not powering on? It seems to be a common fault that one day it will just switch off and not power on again. When power is applied to it, the power supply makes a sort of sqeaking noise that I'm sure is a dead short.
Does anyone know why this happens, what component fails and if its possible to change it?
I have had 3 of these for repair in 6 months, all with the same problem. It would be nice to finally find out what it is.
Thanks in advance.

Did they say what they did to fix it? the DC power jack in the back is a common thing to fail if plugged/unplugged a lot

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
