it's a great product, loaded it in my wives computer, does great, in mine the same, have this old compaq that didn't work, diddled with it long enough and got it started, had to reload it a few times before everything wasworking right, on the last load, spy sweeper tells me all the files are read only and for me to take the attrib off before I can load it, got any ideas

Spysweeper is telling you what files are set for readonly?

it goes down the list of them, listing the ones that are read only, then tells me it's not in my machine, also you hit it right on the head with email problem, all I have to do now is get a hold of them, thanks loads
