Need Help Changing....

need help changing my xp them i downloaded one from this site: http://www.themexp.org/index.php?view=views (3rd one going down on the left) but idk what to do after i download it someone plz help

To change your theme
Right Click anywhere on the desktop
Click on properties.
On the Themes tab click on the dropdown.
Select Browse.
Find your Theme you downloaded.
Click ok.
Click apply.
Please respond with the final results after I fix your issue. I like to know the final Results after Solving a Problem. Do not PM me for your issue post in the forums.

ok heres my problem it wont show me the file its a .exe file and i downloaded it but i dont know what to do so if you could tell how to chane the file

Once you double-click on the .exe file it should open and install the program.
To be on the safe side, before you open it, right-click on the .exe file and choose "scan with anti-virus" just to make sure it's virus free
