Hello Matthew and welcome to BC.
Sorry to hear about your problem.
Please post it and the exact error
in the forum here that pertains to
your OS (Win98, WinXP, WinME)
so it will receive special attention.
First though, be sure you are caught
up on all of your Windows Updates.
That'd be the first step. If that
doesn't resolve your issue, someone
else could give you more insight.
Nice to have you with us and good
luck.

Welcome to BC!
When you post your problem, don't forget to give as much detail as possible and any error messages exactly as they show on your screen. While here, take some time to check out the tutorial section; you might not need the information right now, but it is good to know what is there for future use.
Cheers,
John
