I'm running Norton 360 on Windows Vista Home Prem. Last week Live Update started giving me error messages, and I eventually was instructed to use Symantec's removal tool and reinstall 360. The problem is that when I run the removal tool, it get hung up at "Processing MSI's by Product Code."
Norton's support has been completely useless in resolving this, so I'm turning to the good folks of this board for some advice. Thanks for your help. Thanks.
