My computer has been getting slower and slower, and I wonder if I am running too many programmes at start up? According to System Mechanic I only have 24% free memory

Recently MS Money would not open, and after a lot of fiddling to open it I found that the one file I run on it is corrupted, most of the data lost. I back up on to a second hard drive, but that had the same problem.

I then scanned with AVG Free and found I had got Exploit virus and Trojan Downloader.Zlob.IY, which are now held in the virus vault.

As I don't play games or download music I don't need a high spec machine, and this was OK till recently.

It's an Athlon XP 2000+, 166 GHz, 480 mb RAM

Please can you interpret the HiJack file, and advise me if the corrupted Money file could be recovered.

I'm not very computer clever, any advice would be welcome, preferably in as simple a form as practical.

Many thanks in advance
