So, a friend asked me to look at her laptop that her dad had been using for several months that had "quit working".
My quick check revealed 3-year-old Antivirus, no firewall, no anti-spyware - yikes. :blink:
Ran SuperAntiSpyware and got 1550-something spy- and ad-ware hits. :thumbsup:
I followed all the "read this topic before posting" directions and just want to be sure I didn't miss anything.
