Hello,

First of all I'd like to thank you for looking at this log file. I ran all the initial checks first (which found some bad stuff) and then ran this log.

About 2 weeks ago Zone Alarm started telling me that IE was accessing the Internet. Since I don't use IE, I have ZA always ask me if I want it to be able to get to the Internet. I haven't installed anything recently that I can recall. Also, my computer seems to get really slow a times, and has rebooted itself several times when left alone for over an hour.

Here's my log file:

Thanks for the reply. I've been away for a bit, and just got this message. Sorry for the delay.

The only thing that's changed that I can think of is that I've switched my Internet provider. And my bleeping computer doesn't seem to be rebooting any more. However, it doesn't ever power down the monitor. I've checked all the settings, I have it set to power down the monitor after 1 hour, but it just doesn't "feel like it".

Here's my new HJT log, as requested, and thanks for the help.

Hello,

I see you've done a lot of scans. Are they coming up clean? The current formatting of your log makes it difficult to read. Please open Notepad:
On top, click Format >uncheck Word Wrap. Then please post a new HijackThis log.

Thanks,
tea
