It's possible that your computer or you ISP is blocking the Site. A number of other issues can be happening.
Do you get any error messages when attempting to access this site in question?

These are often ISP issues with their DNS cache.

What is the site?

If you know the IP address (as opposed to the "common" name), try typing that in the address bar.

You should also determine whether the problem occurs with different browsers. If it does -- you may have a problem with a 3rd party firewall -- if you have one installed.

Some security and tweaking programs will block some websites - do you have any of these installed? Have you checked the website with the McAfee SiteAdvisor to see what it says about the site?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
