I at least have the Virtumonde virus, I don't know if I have any others, I went through all of the steps as highlighted prior to sending a hijack this log and here is my log below, I would appreciate some help cleaning up my computer, thanks! (Performance is doing better than prior to carrying out the steps but Norton Antivirus still keeps giving me alerts about viruses being detected and then removed every time I use the computer. Also, internet explorer will redirect to different sites or just start up randomly on its own and go to some strange site...)

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum DenimSamurai
My name is Richie and i'll be helping you to fix your problems.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix,please delete that version.
Now download Combofix and save to your desktop:
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask.

Rescan with Hijackthis and post the entire log this time please, which includes all the info at the top in the header ie:
Operating System
Service pack etc.

I really appreciate you looking at this!

I did not have ComboFix on my computer prior to talking to you but I ran it and here's the log. I feel like I'm posting way more than you are asking for but was not sure what you meant by:
"Post the entire contents of C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply."
So I posted everything, I ran it twice to see if I was missing something in how I ran it but if I did I missed it both times... I also wasn't sure exactly what I wasn't supposed to post as I only saw the line that you mentioned
"Do NOT post the ComboFix-quarantined-files.txt unless I ask."
at the very end and that was right before a line called ComboFix2.txt so I just posted it all, forgive me please if this is totally wrong...

Sounds great, I will get that done tonight (Houston time, really late night/early morning your time), unfortunately I'm at work now so I don't have my computer... Sorry for the delay. I thought I had updated Java after all this bug stuff started happening but I must not have done it right so I appreciate the detailed instructions!

Here are the requested logs. Things are running much smoother from what I can tell. No strange websites opening up internet explorer without me telling it to open, no more redirects on either explorer or firefox, Norton Anti-virus is no longer telling me it needs to shutdown my computer nor is it telling me that it has saved me from virtumonde or some other virus every hour or so!!!
