hi-i used the smitfraud fix to get rid of an antivirgear page and the icon that beeps and blinks in the toolbar-thanks to whomever made this available -i recommend using it if you've had the same problem

Another alternative to removing AntiVirGear, is to use the How to remove AntiVirGear guide written by our very own Grinler.
