I have Windows XP Home Edition. When I boot up, Asus Probe 2 runs, and sometimes I get a sign saying:

"Cannot create shell notification icon".

I wonder why and what I should do when it happens, or do to avoid it altogether?

I could be possible that Asus Probe 2 did not install properly. I would uninstall it then re-download and install it again. See if this helps.

The problem probably isn't with the Asus Probe itself but the way, and when, it loads. The quick fix would be to remove it from starting
