Hello agunz3,

As I recall, in several posts usasma has recommended the following steps to fix connectivity problems in Vista:

Have you downloaded and installed the Netgear WNR854T driver for Vista?

You just follow the directions for your router on the link that M... has provided.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Hi agunz3,

I just tested this on my computer -- not a full installation, but just enough to proceed a few steps into the installation program.

Download the ZIP file for your router by clicking on the "Click here to download" link next to the table entry for the WNR854T Wireless Router. Save that ZIP file ("wnr854t_vista_res_cd_beta.zip") to some new, empty folder on your computer. I chose the (new) folder "C:\delete_me_soon"; you may want to choose a more appropriate/permanent name. When the download completes, click the "Open" button in that download dialog and extract all the files from that single ZIP file, retaining the folder/directory structure.

After extracting all the files, there should be a folder named "27Nov" in the folder containing the downloaded ZIP file. Open that folder and you should find a file named "Autorun.exe". Double-click (run) that file and follow the instructions from there.
