Hello, I'm in but of a jam; you see for some unknown reason whenever I open a new window or new tab in IE the page will not load. The web address does appear in the address bar and if I were to highlight it and press enter then the page will load. This is becoming a real pain and I would like the fix the problem.

Go to Start > run, and enter:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

If no luck with just that, follow the rest of the "regsvr32" commands covered here:

I have the same problem but can't get it to work using these changes.

It only happens with IE. Firefox works fine.

Any other suggestions.

If you have a problem you would like to discuss, please start your own topic.
This will help to avoid the confusion, of trying to help two or more people, in the same thread, with different problems.
Even if your problem is similar to ormagly's problem, the solution could be totally different due to different hardware, software, system requirements, etc....
