CyberLink Media Library Service is related to CyberPower Systems, Inc and is legit.

nt clml server may be related to clml.uchicago.edu

Do you have a specific file name/location it is running from on your system?

Looks like CLMLServer.exe is related to CyberLink Media Library Service as well.
