I need to run a process with different credentials to the logged in user, there's a network share that nobody has access to but one secret user.

I'm developing an application that will gain access to such network share to copy and write files using alternate credentials, once that process is done the logged in user no longer sees this share.

I've looked at some API functions but they are for running complete executables , not portions of an application. Any ideas on how to switch users on the middle of my VB6 app and then switch back once I execute my file read/write routines ?
