I am currently experiencing problems with my PC due to a virus/Malware called ASDPY/Zango.g.
I cannot delete this as when my pc loads up I receive a message from Avira Anti Virus informing me that I have a virus and asking me what i want to do with the file i.e. delete it, quarantine, ignore etc however i cannot select any of these options as my pc sems to freeze, after a long pause it will change to the selected item but when i select ok the computer makes a beeping noise and returns to the original option (which is quarantine btw) as a result i cannot acces my start-up menu or internet or anything else, I have tried to acces my start-up menu to add/remove programs in the hope that this would enable me to remove the anti virus software to enable me to get rid of the virus and then re-install it but i cannot do anything at all with it. I am hoping that i can find a solution to this as i have no way of backing up any files and i do not want to lose all of the pictures, music etc stored on my computer. Please Help!!!!!!!!!

Check your Add/Remove program for Zango. Try to remove it if found.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
