My girlfriend's dell inspiron 600m laptop recently stopped picking up our wireless network (The network is fine - I'm using my laptop right now). Around the same time the computer started constantly scrolling down, as if someone was permanently pressing the down arrow. More recently the USB port stopped responding to peripherals. Is this something fixable or is the computer a goner??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Also, open Device Manager and look for yellow exclamation points
