I just purchased a new laptop and was hoping I could transfer my outlook emails from my old machine to the new one. Is this possible and if so how? I appreciate any and all help!

What version is on the old and new machine? That might cause some problems. I assume you also want to transfer your contacts and such. This program has a free 15 day trial:

There is a difference in OS from Windows XP to vista. There is no difference in the email software that I am aware of. I have windows 2003 on both. Fortunately I have been able to transfer my contacts and calendar events by using my treo.
