I was on myspace and there was a comment saying have a look at this.. so i copied the web adress and pasted it in the address bar. It came up with a thing saying something like "Don't continue" and I did. Then my Anit-Virus software came up with this thing saying "29/09/2007 18:00:19 PM File infection: C:\Documents and Settings\steven\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\SCMRJWLX\.footer_01[1].gif is JS/SillyDlScript.DB trojan". I don't no know what this is, but I think it's a trojan. I tried accessing the files so I could delete them but every time I enter the file name, it comes up with "Winows explorer has encounted a problam and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

I really need to get rid of this without stuffing up the computer, please help!!!
