Everything I am able to find on a USB Cable for that phone, says that the USB Cable comes with a drivers CD for use with a PC. I don't see any sort of download or anything, that you would be able to get a free download if you are missing that CD.

Doesn't Motorola provide drivers? Did you check their site? They have something called MotoTools (or similar). I know people who synchronize their Moto pictures, ringtones, and contacts with Outlook. If you can't get it from Motorola, here are two great sources:

Google for BITPIM, they support many phones and have instructions about drivers and all the steps needed to do fun stuff.

Howardforums has links for most phones out there

Moto drivers, software etc information
Make sure you follow the driver installation instructions - the sequence of what to plug in and when is very important. I can assure you from experiance with another phone that XP will fight you every step of the way

Moto phones are tricky, in that you will be replacing placeholders, as you can't just add files as you can in some other phones.
