I have followed recommendations on removal of spyware and malware. My computer problems consist of: Control panel is inaccessible, there is a restriction in effect and all operations get cancelled, I keep getting a windows security alert (fake) that my computer is making unauthorized copies of system files, Norton Security needs fixed every time I restart the computer. If I turn the computer off for more than 5 minutes all I get is a blank screen and/or reload from previous working environment. I have Hijackthis file. Please help.

Thank you.

Hi

1. Download this file -
combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your
next reply with a fresh hjt log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause
it to stall
