This thing consists of 3 subfiles, 1) Uninst (application, 2) Uninst (text doc), and 3)Uninstall.DLL. If I open the uninstall app and then change my mind, it keeps asking if it may continue. Sort of a loop that I have to use Task Mgr. to get out of. Any idea what this is and whether I should get rid of it?

It may be malware related (it's hard to find anything positive about it with Google)l. I'd suggest a couple of free, online scans to check it:
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
