I am pretty sure that a (not very nice) friend of mine figured out my email password & has been reading my email. I want to be able to confront her with hard evidence. Is there any way that I can tell what time I last read my email? Or, from what computer the email was read?

Not without having access to the mail server logs unfortunately.
