I was looking for a document on my c drive when I found this folder "SB_usb_log". I don't know what its for and I suspect anything I don't recognize. It's a read only file. I have Zone Alarm, Up to date Norton anti virus, Adaware and CC Cleaner. I also used a register cleaner about 3 mos ago. I checked all my installed programs and they are programs I installed. Nothing weird or new. I don't get redirected on my IE and I dont have pop ups. What I do have is a really slow puter. Dell Dimension, 8200 Intel pent 4, 2.40 ghz and 512 RAM, XP OS. Its always been really quick, booted fast no prob. Now it takes upwards of 5/6 minutes for me to boot up. Ive scanned, defragged etc. nothing. Is this my puter or am I infested and how did that happen?

Use Startup Inspector (free) to control unnecessary startups of programs on your computer.

Check for malware.
Install Super Antispyware free. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

It should be a text file -> SB_usb_log.txt
that you can open in notepad and read.
