Hi,

I think I'm infected with trojan or malware. Using the websites that you provided to scan the computer. It always hangs halfway during scans.

I tried using the Stinger program, and it stops moving when it reaches AP999.tmp file.

So what should I do to remove those trojans virus?

Thanks

What OS (Win XP/2000, etc) are you using? What type of anti-virus are you using? Have you performed any anti-spyware scans? Have you tried doing your scans in "SAFE MODE"? Are you doing scans while logged into the Administrator's account or an account with administrator privileges?

You need to try that first. Then if you continue to have problems and if your running Win 2000/XP/Vista (32-Bit/64-Bit), download and scan with AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 in "SAFE MODE".
(This is Ewdio 4.0 renamed and updated with a special "clean driver" for removing persistent malware.)
Be sure to print out and follow the AVG Anti-Spyware Install-Scan Instructions.
