I'm retired, 38 years with IBM in various s/w positions, all in development. Part of the IBM OS/2 team which is where I was last working.

Very familiar with Windows and computer h/w.

I too get stumped sometimes and look for help, and hence, here I am.

Welcome Irv,

IBM was the birthplace for my computer experience. The company I worked for was True Blue - and we did all the whitebox and gray box trainning. I still remember... :How ya gonna do it? Gonna PS/2 it, with the IBM PS/2." The cool part was traveling to Boca Raton to do the industrial stuff. I also remember using OS/2.
Hope you enjoy the forums.....
