I received the email quoted below early this morning.

The following is the email notification you may see in your Hotmail account line:

Some of the notable problems:

The use of "Msn" instead of MSN.

MSN does not use Norton anti-virus scanning.

Note poor grammar.

"update information" was the hot link to the spoofed site of the "MSN Payment Processing Department"
DO NOT CLICK ON THIS LINK if you receive this message.

The problem has been reported to MSN Hotmail.
The only easy day was yesterday.
