The simplest solution to problems with Exploder is to switch to Firefox. Worked for me, anyways.

a bit more information might be helpful;
as you are on XP have you got SP2 ?
are you running internet Explorer 6 or 7 for your browser?
and what antivirus and other programs have you on board and when did you last run them all?

also; have you tried a system restore to a date before this started to happen?

XP has an advantage Vista doesn't have, you can uninstall it and install it again putting it in default. I'm pretty sure it's a plugin that's giving the issue. I've seen "Google tool bar helper" giving issues like this, but in Vista not XP. So the best way to go here is to internet options and reset your IE

Click on start> control panel> internet options>
>General tab - under browsing history Delete - Delete all...
>programs tab - click on manage addons - look for any suspicios ones, again I've seen Google and iTunes to give conflict - disable them.
>Advanced tab - click on restore advanced settings and on reset.

I'm assuming you have IE7

Start > control panel> add or remove programs> on the left side you can see add/remove windows components, click on it, you will get a new windows, look for Internet explorer, uncheck it and click next - finish the wizard.

To install it...
Start > control panel> add or remove programs> on the left side you can see add/remove windows components, click on it, you will get a new windows, look for Internet explorer, check it and click next - finish the wizard.

Hope it fixes your issues...
