Also Ive been receiving alot of emails from one individual a have you heard about anything being linked to this activity. I receive about 2-3 a day that my norton picks-up on and deletes.
Just wondering.

Here is info on ctfmon:

Ctfmon.exe Information

C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\OFFICE11\REFIEBAR.DLL is installed by office.

As for the emails, I know nothing about it. Its possible that you are in someones address book that has a virus
