SuperAntiSpyware isn't an Antivirus.
It's for the removal of spyware.
Did you download the freeware version?

If you need an antivirus, several good free ones, can be found in our Freeware Replacements For Common Commercial Apps topic, under the Antivirus Applications heading.

Download the free version of SUPERAnti-spyware from here.

In the link to the list tg1911 provided, make sure you also download and install a firewall if you don't have one already.

Do you have a firewall or anitviral program. You can't be safe without them. Try using PC Tools Anti-Virus (Free Anti-Virus Protection), PC Tools Personal Firewall (Free Firewall Protection) and Ad-Aware 2007.
