Core 2 Duo Motherboard Help

I have a AsRock P4vm890 MB with a 2.4ghz p4 ht w. 800mhz fsb. and i want to upgrade to a Core 2 duo with a 1066FSB or 1200(or whatever the number is) but i dont want to part with my 1 gb of pc 2700 ram, so my question is is there amotherboard with Socket 775 capable of handling a large FSB and also pc-2700...it needs to have 1 pci-e and a few pci..the more the merrier standard ATX or mATX just someone please show me that it existss!! lol

The only one I found with DDR RAM, L775 Socket, a PCI-e, and a FSB of 1066/800.
