Hi all,
Thers a small problem after installing SQL server 2005 Standard Evaluation version...ie by default it takes the machine name as the database name(it does not provide any info in the installation screen to provide custom names). So from some research i got a way to edit the host file to get that name changed. But my issue here is abt the string that i have to add to the HOST file in windows. Can anyone help me out.

This is the format you to look at in your host file. I am not sure why you are needing to use a host file though.

IP address / Destination address looked for rhino.acme.com x.acme.com
