A judge in Southern California made no friends in the RIAA when she handed down a precedent-setting verdict that cleared the defendant all charges in the case Interscope v. Rodriguez.

As has been said already: it's about bloody time!

The judge did give the RIAA 30 days to amend their complaint though. I wonder if they'll bother or whether they actually have anything that can be added.

The major point is that there was not a precedent set, YES!

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
