multimedia audio controller , with yellow exclamation point and modem is not detected.where can i find these drivers?thanks

Without knowing what kind of computer you have it's hard to be specific. I'm guessing that you don't have the CDs for the sound card or modem, you can always google the make and model of the drivers.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

yeah youre right! we dont have CDs.it s laptop computer (toshiba) AMD k6 3.

Have you tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them in the Device Manager?
