Ok, so I have trying to fix a computer that got infected with Trojan BHO.AKY. I have run the following programs to no avail:

AVG Virus (first detect)
Pest Patrol
Trojan Hunter

I have even identified some of the registry files that it added and manually repaired or removed. I still have one instance of this trojan after doing full scans and repairs using the above programs. Trojan Hunter can't clean the final instance of it, and says it can only repair upon reboot...every time. HJT doesn't even see it now, at least not what I can tell.

I know where the initial infection came from. I removed all those stupid browser toolbars, smacked the idiot who installed them, and proceeded to attempt cleaning procedures. How do I get the final instance of this trojan out of the computer?
