I have been using Spybot Search and Destroy for a while now. I notice that every time I run it I see the same things. I repair and it says they are taken care of. I empty the recycle bin and restart my computer. The next time I run it, I get all the same infections again. Is there a way to permanently remove these?

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
