When I am shutting down my computer I keep getting an error that says HPQTRA08.exe is not responding. I do have an HP AIO with a scanner. I know this is an HP program, but how can I get this error to go away?

Hi kerry0621. This program is part of the HP All-in-One driver/software package. HP All-in-one drivers are the most problematic drivers and software I have ever come across.

You can try to reinstall the driver package or simply disable this feature.

If that doesn't work, download and install this:

Startup Control Panel by Mike Lin

Select each tab in turn until you find the program. Simply uncheck its checkbox.
